Pat Symonds on his Williams arrival
This weekend's 2013 Formula 1 Shell Belgian Grand Prix will be Pat Symond's first race with Williams in his new role heading up the team's technical department. The veteran engineer, whose F1 career spans three decades, took up the post this week having ceased his work as technical consultant to Marussia earlier this season
