Sponsored Video: Hamilton & Button Pay Tribute To Singapore Grand Prix

The Singapore Grand Prix has just passed, and it was clear to see the sheer demand the Marina Bay Circuit placed on the drivers.

British duo and had differing fortunes on the twisting Asian streets, but one things for certain they both would have had enjoyed the experience.

Singapore hasn’t been long hosting events, but it has quickly won over the hearts and imaginations of the viewers with its incredible energy and unique spectacle.

When a night race was announced, few thought it could be pulled off yet Singapore has done a fantastic job. The crowds flock in numbers, and the enthusiasm they bring can almost be seen as it transfers to the drivers on the circuit.

The humidity may be an issue at times, despite taking place in the coolest time possible, which means racers must take special precautions. Button admits to acclimatising himself to the conditions with special training, but even with this preparation the challenge is completely unique.

But, there’s always the party to look forward to, and no sport does glitz and glamour like F1. The traveling roadshow always puts on a great evening and the drivers are treated to the full VIP experience once their hard work is over.

Asia is quickly becoming an F1 powerhouse and now Thailand are believed to be looking at mirroring the regional neighbours, which is a real tribute to the success achieved.

Singapore is undoubtedly growing to be one of the real highlights of the F1 calendar, and having just signed a new deal we are guaranteed a few more years under the streetlights. Welcome news to Button, Hamilton and F1 fans across the globe.
