1989 Beretta GTU in phantom prototype color WIP

It has been more than 20 years since the last attempt at building the MPC/AMT Beretta kit, and back then I made sure to collect each annual release to have the GT, GTU and GTZ versions.  The kit was discontinued before the 1:1 Z26 was released, and that version can easily be started with the GTZ parts. 

Production GTUs came only in black, red or white, and I was headed toward black... but I wondered if sales might have been stronger if other hues had been offered.  The later GTZ was available in expanded color offerings, including an elusive medium blue metallic.  That rare GTZ color was the inspiration for this build.
